Aora Lighter Return & Replacement Policy

At Aora Lighter, your satisfaction is our priority.
Due to the nature of our logistics and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless one of the conditions below applies.


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you are eligible for a replacement of the same item.

Requirements:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect

  • Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost


2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, we will:

  • Send you the correct item at no additional cost, or

  • If the original item is no longer available, we will:

    • Offer an alternative product of equal value, or

    • Issue a full refund
